Cherry Blossom Festival

It is happening in Japan town, S.F. This year is 41st annual celebration. Parade will be held this coming Sunday from 1:00 P.M to 3:00 P.M. It was fun to spend a day in the sun--- but I would like to see more of the authentic food variety. Cherries are really blooming and is very lovely. The whole Japan town is so crowded and it was very hard to find a parking 2 blocks around the town. I used the parking structure underneath and even the parking lots are full. However, the parking prices are very reasonable. I was there for like 3-4 hrs and it cost me about $5 total. Considering the high gas prices of close to $4 per gallon, I took it better to park in the structure rather than wasting time, stress, gas and facing accident prone situations while fighting for the parking.
