Another Thingyan 2010

Another new year is coming. As a Burmese, I haven't seen lots of the respectable faces that people like us wanting to see. I wonder where they are. How are they doing? How is life treating them? Even if I can write a letter to them, I would love to cheer them up and tell them that I would always support them for their good causes, but I don't even know how it can be possible. At times, out of touch and being unable to reach, --- I can only dedicate best of my wishes for them. April Shower

This year is a special year of rain and showers. Even the mountains are greener than regular years. Flowers are blooming with all their contentment. The sign of life is everywhere. It seems to me that the green dragon is promising the future of colorful fruitfulness --- the prosperity of our mind and soul. The sun is brighter with the radiant yellow hue --- almost sending out golden touches to everything it can reaches upon. The atmosphere even has a scent of water vapor so refreshing that it can bring a bright smile on the faces that it touches. The rain puddles are reflecting in the sun just like a dew of diamonds. This is the most beautiful April over several past years here in the golden state, the California.
