Chinese are going to have an opening ceremony of 2008 Olympics on August 8, 2008 at 8:00PM. It is an irony that the number that is so auspicious to Chinese government is the most dreaded number for the Burmese Military Dictators. If their superstitions are true, both governments should concern the outcome of their alliances. Who is getting which part of the Ying and Yang out of their deals? Interesting enough. P.S. Japanese love 8888 too, such a lucky number for them because 8 in Japanese Kanji is written in such way that it implies 'the good end result'. Even the car with license plate 8888 is traded very expensively in Japan.
