Believe
Believe what is in your heart,
what your gut is leading;
not in what you see or hear
or what your are told to believe.
Perceptions are delusional at times.
Only mindfulness will set you free,
will let you feel the path ---
the true path, which will be
leading you to the truthful heart.

Free Bird
Free Bird Toward to a Free Burma
My home....
where I was born and raised
used to be warm and lovely;
now filled with darkness and horror.
My family....
whom I had grown with
used to be cheerful and lively;
now living with fear and terror.
My friends....
whom I shared my life with
used to be pure and merry;
now living with wounded heart.
A free bird...
which is just freed
used to be caged
now flying with an olive branch
for the place it loves.

Hidden Pain, Forgotten Tears
Deep inside, there is pain
all alive and enduring game.
Tears are forgotten
Oh, forgotten??
---- already??
Too soon???
Our hearts still beating???
I want to know.

Never Forget
Never Forget for those who have strong believe.
Never Forget for those who have given their lives.
Never Forget for those who have given their lives.
Never Forget for those who have been honorably patriotic.
Never Forget for those who have said ---

Poem of the day
Tine Thi Bar Ye
Mere-za-lee pin pyo aut
Paut par dae shwe ta-mar
Khar chat ka nar;
Yay see yere ta khar
Yay thar yere ta hlaet,
Thu myar lo dou ma yine dere
Tine thi bar ye.
Sayar Zaw Gyi.
The Whole World Knows
Under the young Mere-zalee plant,
Ta-mar has to grow
Therefore, the bitterness has outgrown;
When there is an up tide
Down tide will also flow,
Unlike them, our morality is not too low
And the whole world knows.
translated by Moon
Note: Mere-zalee and Ta-mar are the local plants prevelant in Burma known for their bitter taste.

For Devil's Little Helpers
I am deeply feeling sorry for those who have killed Burmese monks, who have disrobed the monks, who has tortured the monks, and those who had helped this awful military in any form of co-operation and helping them to have power. Because, the helpers will also share their credit too, directly or indirectly. Although all of those monks are not saints, I am sure, a few are sure to be saints, and a lot more surely have a spiritual values much more than laymen people. According to Buddha's teaching, the basic 5 percepts includes abstinence from killing, --- even killing of an animal or little bugs. Sure, the evilness has the power and seems like they are having an upper hand, but in reality, --- in the course of Than-tha-yar, after this life, where would they go??? Where would they hide??? Everybody is immortal and one eventually has to leave this short life so soon. A lot of Sanga are shedding their blood, but they pay for only this life. They will also be remembered in the hearts of people of Burma with much love for always and ever. For those who think they are on the winner side, I wonder, how their names will be left in the history??? How people will always remember them??? How will they be able to face everyday with this guilt of blood staining the Thar-tha-nar??? Sure, those oppressors and Devil's little helpers do not have conscious of guilt in the first place, if one must say, but still,--- eventually when they die, what will they really carry along with them to travel in this Than-tha-yar??? All the power, money, everything has to be left behind for sure. I am deeply feeling sorry for them for what they have done cannot be undone. The kamma will follow them like a shadow forever and always.
May Buddha, Dhamma and Sanga bless their soul.

In the memories of Heroes
Prayers for the self-sacrifice heroes.
No matter how the oppressors (Burmese junta) might frame to infamous the innocent people (eg, like planting the evidence of weapons in the monasteries, their courage and sincerity would never be tainted in the light of truth. Their cause will never be faded in the hearts of Burmese. May Buddha, Dhamma, and Sanga bless those heroes' souls.
May the oppressors have the strength to sustain the pressure of the truth in their unconscious mind.

Burmese Tempo
Tears and cries make you proud.
As loud as you can ever imagine.
Gun fires and the bullet shells
We don’t want our people to be spelled.
Who can save our own country life?
Run and run until you’ve exhausted
But your courage has conquered the regime
Where they are now living desperately.
This is not the bullets world
Where we trade life with the guns.
This is not the scarlet world
Where they take the steps with blood.
Saffron robes has marched into the city.
They bring courage and inspiration to the glory.
I can’t imagine how long they still have to march.
But I am certain the country is watched.
Every bullets and batons made our hearts hard.
And the world has now stood up.
How I wish my country to retain peace.
Where the people would live with dignity.
