Remembering the Rain

It was a nice breezy day. The grey clouds have the silver lining, and the crystal clear refreshing rain drops fall from the sky while I was walking on the Sagaing Lann (Sagaing Street). The big Kha-yay tress, standing on each side of the Sagaing Lann, were shattering their tiny and sweet scented Kha-yay flowers onto the ground. I took time to pick those tiny flowers up from the ground. They look fresh and innocent. Then, I walked in the rain stepping and splashing into the little ponds, as though I was walking in a dream. Now, it truely has become a dream --- although at times I can still vividly remember the sweet scent of the Kha-yay and the cold refreshing rain soaking all over me. It is nice to innocently breaking the customary rules so that those little secret memories become a life long significant dreams.

Love

The royal rose,
at a close glance;
interestingly;
thorns are more appealing.

Time is Up

In the narrow street, we met and we parted.
There was no Hello nor Goodbye.
A flower bouquet in my hand is still bright and cheerful.
Take a turn and look your way back ---
Did I wish for it???
I was not sure.
Loneliness is a dull pain, but I am more comfortable with it.
Looking up into the blue bright sky, I wish life could be more simple.
At least, at the times when we have to say goodbye.

Shine

Rise and Shine.
Do not fall under the shadow of the peer pressure.
We just need to be who we are, unique and significant in different ways.
Just be sure that what you have is what you really wanted, deep from your heart.
I love to see the spirit fly. Fly with the happiness of what one committed to.
I hate to see those who are busy buttering up their image in the shadow of social demand.
Don't be afraid to be original. Don't be afraid to be different. Don't be afraid to break the little traditional rules sometimes here and there.
Life is short, and it is all your own responsibility to make it or break it.
Stop blaming others. Use the guidelines of your heart and your brain.
Compromise wisely and decide confiendtly, ---
and embrase your own responsibility for your own decisions.
Take charge and be proud of your good choices as weel as not too good falters of your picks.
Fail or succeed, doesn't matter, at least you have taken a chance --- so, you haven't miss anything.

Best Wishes.

Image

Still water --- deep
we have a life to complete.
Some see each and every detail of the picture of our whole life,
while some other only have a vision of a tiny part.
It is right to be in either positon as long as
one can fulfill self responsiveness.

A lot of us like to blame others for our own cowardness, undecisiveness,
bad choices, and lack of vision.
Clear vision is one that is lack in most of our talent boxes.
It is also the one that differ us from the great ones and the average Joe.

Without taking a big risk, but running away from the challenges would
never bring one to their dream.
They will always feel unfulfilled and unsatisfaction.
Face your fear, take a risk, embrace the challenge.
Life is not perfect.

Unsettle

The rain has come again just the other day. I kept thinking into long summer days. The bright sun, the cool air coming across the lake, the shaded trees, and a party picnic. Spring is not even here yet, why am I in such a demand? Slow down --- I told myself sometimes, but life moves on so fast that the event of which at times makes me forget to seize the precious moments. My tiny indifferent life is like a grain of sand on the tidal beach, --- everytime the white roaring wave has coming by and foaming around on the wide sandy beach, the settlement of my tiny grain of life has disrupted and the life has to spinning around untill the gravity has rescued me again.

Under the Moonlight

The night is deep,
the sky is bright
with the twinkles of the stary light.
The soft breeze has whispered into my ears;
what?
They say they have a message,
Message from a far, far away,
where the jasmines are blooming,
where the cherries are falling,
and where the wind chimes are singing.
If the message is from where I thought,
please the gentle breeze,
I am greatful,
but I don't need a thought,
'Cause it's too late now.
Too late to relive the past.
Too late to mend the wounds.
Too late to undone what has done.

Happiness

Happiness is within, in the deepest of the heart. Life has become a very calm water, drifting slowly and very peacefully. Contentment and undisturbing thoughts have lead the mind into the most generous fulfillment. Wishing this would also be coming true to all that I have cared for. Whisper wind has brought the dim memories sometimes, but nothing can falter my mind anymore. The sight of the pink cherry blossoms against the green velvety mountain brings the thought of the approaching spring. Spring, --- when the new life has begun, --- when the new hope has born, --- when new bud has challenges the nature. Spring is full of life, the hope of regrowth, and the promise of future. Within our deepest soul, happiness grow again, to welcome the fruitful life.

I am not ready to make nice

Words & Music by Emily Robison, Martie Maguire,

Forgive, sounds good
Forget, I'm not sure I could
They say time heals everything
But I'm still waiting

I'm through with doubt
There's nothing left for me to figure out
I've paid a price
And I'll keep paying

I'm not ready to make nice
I'm not ready to back down
I'm still mad as hell and
I don't have time to go round and round and round
It's too late to make it right
I probably wouldn't if I could
'Cause I'm mad as hell
Can't bring myself to do what it is you think I should

I know you said
Can't you just get over it
It turned my whole world around
And I kind of like it

I made my bed and I sleep like a baby
With no regrets and I don't mind sayin'
It's a sad sad story when a mother will teach
her Daughter that she ought to hate a perfect stranger
And how in the world can the words that I said
Sicken somebody so over the edge
That they'd write me a letter
Sayin' that I better shut up and sing
Or my life will be over

I'm not ready to make nice
I'm not ready to back down
I'm still mad as hell and
I don't have time to go round and round and round
It's too late to make it right
I probably wouldn't if I could
'Cause I'm mad as hell
Can't bring myself to do what it is you think I should

I'm not ready to make nice
I'm not ready to back down
I'm still mad as hell and
I don't have time to go round and round and round
It's too late to make it right
I probably wouldn't if I could
'Cause I'm mad as hell
Can't bring myself to do what it is you think I should

Forgive, sounds good
Forget, I'm not sure I could
They say time heals everything
But I'm still waiting

Reality

Reality is rather harsh, but it is better to take it as it has impact one's life. There is nothing to afraid of what is given to life. It is not easy to accept natural processes, but either you take it or break down with it, life moves on. Time has flown away with the unimaginatively high speed --- one second, one minute, one hour, one day, one month, one year and so on. That is why we can prepare the effects of the passage of time only with our mindfulness. With our concentration on what we should do and what we could do, we move on our lives in the right way with the right set of mental attitude. The future is always bright. Right there, in our arms' reach, and I am looking forward to it.

Another Year

Yes, it's another year----
hopefully it will be a prosperous year for everyone.
Spring is earlier this year;
Apple blossoms are blooming already in the first week of January.
Some claim it is the Global warming, our inconvenient truth;
but some says, ohhh --- it's just 'cause of El nino.
Whatever reason, it is definitely a warm winter this year.
What if we won't have winters anymore someday or someyear??
Yes, may be there will be flourishing businesses operating winter shops, winter bars, winter clubs, winter restaurants, etc, etc, to charge people for the feel of winter.
God---- we are one bunch of crazy people populating on this tiny planet which we named 'the earth'.

Simplicity

---Been awhile.
away from thoughts,
away from analytical opinions,
Everyone is busy with giving thanks,
rushing into the ever becoming earlier
holiday shoppings----
getting confused in the messages
bouncing around from every direction of life
---saying you need this, you need that,
more, more, more,---
more of what?????
I think ---
we just need more happiness
more inner peace,
and more breaks away from temptations.

I'd love to

I'd love to tell ya
how much pain is deep inside;
I'd love to tell ya
who is responsible;
I'd love to tell ya
where those strength have gone;
I'd love to tell ya
whose love is healing;
I'd love to tell ya
when hatred had destroy faith;
I'd love to tell ya
what is the route of the swallowed pride;
I'd love to tell ya
whom upon the forgiveness had laid;
I'd love to tell ya
which way the delusion had led;
And ----
I'd love to tell ya
I'd love to tell ya
I'd love to tell ya
All the things that rest in my heart.

Where we Belong

The life, social, mingle
complicated drama
and intricate paintings of life.
It is a short time,
but we do put in effort
to intertwine
and wind our circles of life.

Goodbye my Love

Just let me fall, vanish from the time
with you deep inside my heart.
I'll always remember all your smiles,
all your kindness, all your love;
Just let me drifting, in the sourthern wind
with the soft grey clouds wrapping all around me.
I'll always miss the days of sunshine,
the days of cozy rain, the whiteness of snow;
the time that we shared;
Goodbye my love,
Just let me go, --- far, far away
away from the loud thunders
where the silence has to carry me,
where rest could fell upon the stillness,
where love has only the forgiveness.

For My Best Friend

I Hope You Dance
Artist: Lee Ann Womack
Composed by: Mark Sanders and Tia Sillers

Listen the song here: http://www.barb-coolwaters.com/c001/hopeyoudance.html

I hope you never lose your sense of wonder
You get your fill to eat, But always keep that hunger
May you never take one single breath for granted
God forbid love ever leave you empty handed

I hope you still feel small When you stand beside the ocean
Whenever one door closes, I hope one more opens
Promise me that you'll give faith a fighting chance
And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance
I hope you dance --- I hope you dance

I hope you never fear those mountains in the distance
Never settle for the path of least resistance
Living might mean taking chances, But they're worth taking
Lovin' might be a mistake, But it's worth making
Don't let some hell bent heart leave you bitter
When you come close to selling out reconsider
Give the heavens above more than just a passing glance
And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance
I hope you dance (Time is a real and constant motion always)
I hope you dance (Rolling us along)
I hope you dance (Tell me who)
I hope you dance (Wants to look back on their youth and wonder)
(Where those years have gone)

I hope you still feel small When you stand beside the ocean
Whenever one door closes, I hope one more opens
Promise me that you'll give faith a fighting chance
And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance

Dance
I hope you dance --- I hope you dance (Time is a real and constant motion always)
I hope you dance (Rolling us along)
I hope you dance (Tell me who) (Wants to look back on their youth and wonder)
I hope you dance (Where those years have gone) (Tell me who)
I hope you dance (Wants to look back on their youth and wonder)
(Where those years have gone)

For My Best Friend,
Although I don't have much time in an adult world of responsibilities to sit out and talk for hours like we used to when we were young, you are always on my mind wishing you and hopeing you the best that life could offer.

Inspiration

We are not suppose to be what others expected to be, but we should be what we want to be. We shouldn't want to be how we want to be looked at by others, but we should want to be how we want to look at ourselves. Finding ourselves??? --- is not too easy. We could be so delusive, and even deceiving ourselves at any minutes. It is sad, well --- the truth is as simple as that. Not everybody is as strong to stand on what they believe in. They need somebody, such as people around them, to assure that they are doing the right thing for themselves. Approval or envy from others is the reassurance for them that they are doing fabulous. If one needs an envy from someone else to be able to feel good, please --- think again, think carefully and one should try to search his/her own precious soul before he/she sells it to the devil without knowingly.

Moon Festival Celebration

It is a Chinese tradition in celebrating romantic moon festival, which falls on the 15th of the 8th lunar month. Moon Festival which is also known as the mid-autumn festival is a time for the family reunion, romance and poetic literature events while eating a moon cake, drinking fine wine under the full moon sky.

There are many legendary stories related to this moon festival, but the principal character in one of the many of the popular legends is Chang Er, also known as "Angel of the Moon." She is usually illustrated as a beautiful fairy with a glorious full moon in the background. The moon festival is the most beautiful celebration of the lunar calendar, since the paper lanterns are light up, and the children also parade with the colorful ornate lanterns.

For Burmese, it is the celebration of religious event, known as Thadin-kyut festival. On this full moon day, Buddha came back from heaven where he gave his teachings to his late mother angel. This day is related to the celebration of welcoming the Buddha, as well as it is the time for the young ones to reflect the gratitude of their parents, and it is a time to give respect to the elders such as grandparents, aunts and uncles, and teachers. It is also the most beautiful celebration of the lunar calendar for the Burmese, since it is the time of gratifying, family reunions, and the paper lanterns are also lit up with the intention of greeting Buddha for homecoming. Children also enjoys the parade with the bright colorful lanterns.

Absolute truth

The truth, absolute truth can only be hold in our hearts. It cannot be described, it cannot be told, or it cannot be hide. Why do we want to believe in little facts and do decisions on little uncertain illusions? Secrets are kept inside, envious thoughts are buried under the smiles, greed and pride are pushing with a strong energy to beat our hearts. How easily we have forgotten the truth, to understand ourselves, to see the light, to smile from the bottom of the heart? Everyone has been truly happy, simple, and honest once in their very early life,--- some,-- very shortly while some got a luxurious chance to hold it for some time. Adulthood, maturation process, all those names, under the light of truth is mostly delusions. We easily traded off our innocence for temptations. While we yawn for the truth, we are chasing around our colorful tempataions till the end of the rainbow. Life is the process running under the mechanics of absolute truth. Are we going to hang onto our delusions, or are we going to be strong enough to break the bonds of our temptations, to embrace the simple, happy and honest mind once we were born with? ----to be able to hold our innocence again. ----to be able to see the truth, nothing but the truth, --- our absolute truth.
